Gift Voucher Terms And Conditions

  1. Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on it, and it cannot be used after that date.
  2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  3. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
  4. Experience vouchers are set to a specific activity, and no change will be given.
  5. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent, then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event, you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party.
  6. Experience vouchers are valid on the specified activity stated on the voucher only and cannot be used on other adventures or Go Ape merchandise.
  7. Physical voucher postage is £4.95 and dispatched via Second Class delivery.
  8. Gift voucher redemptions are subject to the booking fee.
  9. Special Gifting Vouchers
    1. Gifts cards labelled Special Gifting Voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
    2. Special Gifting Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Annual Passes and all Experience Vouchers.
    3. Special Gifting Vouchers issued in November and December 2025 are valid until 28th June 2026, and no extensions are possible. Future bookings dated after 28th June are permitted if made before the expiry date.
    4. Gift cards labelled Special Gifting Voucher can be redeemed against all Go Ape locations and products within the UK, including merchandise and the booking fee.
    5. All other gift voucher terms and conditions apply.

Go Ape Annual Pass Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Annual pass vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase. The voucher expiration date will be stated on it, and it cannot be used after that date.
  2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  3. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
  4. Annual pass vouchers are set to a specific pass, and no change will be given.
  5. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent, then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event, you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE

The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day 'cooling off' period provided the gift voucher is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made. If you need to return a gift voucher, please email questions@goape.co.uk.
